This place gets 5 stars for its superb location! the spacious guest rooms are part of a heritage building with comfortable furniture and all necessary amenities. the service is exceptional, with helpful staff like Biplab and Gopi. I enjoyed the food from Mocambo Restaurant and the proximity to iconic landmarks like Victoria Memorial and Park Street enhanced our family bonding.

The location was amazing, close to entrance to the door of park suites, great restaurants and Park Street. In the evening we went to Russel Dhaba, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay and recommend it to all.

the spacious flat was not only stylish but also came with modern amenities, allowing me to unwind comfortably. the hospitality from the staff, especially Mr Bimal Kumar and team, made my overnight stay truly enjoyable.

The only minor drawback was the hotel entrance, which could be a bit tricky to navigate. Cabs can only drop you off on the side road, leading to a slightly inconvenient walk to the entrance.

The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the suite was nice. The location was particularly good and fantastic, because an underground station was based very close to the hotel...

Park Suites offers a superb location on Park Street, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. the spacious and clean guest rooms are comfortable, and the delightful breakfast is delivered fresh each morning. the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming environment.

One staff member is problematic. No complaints otherwise.

The experience here was fantastic, the place was spotless, the staff members were very friendly and helpful, and they offered a delicious breakfast with bacon and cheese.

The hotel was located not far from the heart of the city, which was super convenient. We had a really great 2-day stay at Park Suites in Kolkata. The location close to the alley and the park was perfect. We also enjoyed dining at a nearby place called Tung Fong, which was a short walk from the hotel.
